Vue F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Jan 30 6:52 am)
Lyne, that's very easy. Just go to the Vue Gallery, click UPLOAD and post an image. That's for showing your image. Then read this thread: http://www.renderosity.com/messages.ez?Form.ShowMessage=517387 It will tell you every thing how to create your Renderosity Homepage. I hope, I understoud your question:-) and have answered it correctly. Sure Mike or Varian will know and understand better, if ever I'm wrong:-) Guitta
Hi Lyne, Guitta's got it right. Once you upload your first picture, that's all it takes, and your gallery is automatically created. You are allowed to upload no more than 3 pictures per 24 hour period, but you can do that every day if you wish, and there is no limit as to how many pictures you can have in your gallery.
OH, thanks, Guitta, and Mike.. this is very easy! :) I don't think I will even upload an image a day.. but will at lest get my gallery started.. I think I may have to "trim" them, though.. ever noticed how rich in color depth vue images are... so they are much larger than Bryce in KB size! I think I remember reading there is a limit to no more than 512KB for a single image... I guess I can check the other images in the gallery and see... mine are kinda large yet... Thanks! Lyne

Hi.. thought I would ask here, since most of my art is vue.. and I have been asked now and then to have a gallery here... I did sign up for the web ring.. (it does not seem right so posted a need for help in the contact forum)... and when I look for how to start a gallery like I see others have, all I see is an "upload" option. But I do see that some members seem to have a separate area just for their own gallery... Any suggestions as to how I start? I am not at all sure how often I can post... (even as I do in the threads) because when I get started with a commercial project I tend to dissapear for a while and then pop back up. :) I do love Vue though...thought it would be fun to have some of my vues here... (I know it's silly, but don't you love the play on words.. "vue of..." !?) Thanks for any suggestions! Lyne PS and please understand if I do not reply to postings right away, it is 'cause I am working, okay? :)
