and this one.... this in particoular does not lead at anything else then the earth itself... now... i'm thinking to put a gorgeous model nude under the roots... what do ya think? ...or maybe my nephew with some water-colored soft dress... pastel green or like.... I'm getting the point or i'm lost somewhere between Mars and Alpha-Centauri?

"i'm a bit too overweight these days" Well, not that much that you made the whole tree go to the left ? =) Seriously, as far as I know what it's all about, I guess they're great examples of leading lines....great work =)

The second one works well with the curves & straight lines leading to the figure, the first one is a bit too obvious I think!! Are there any leading lines in 3? I think the whole concept is to have lines of any description or form in your image drawing the eye to a focal point... ; )

Artax, I've often had the same thoughts lol, The first two seem to be good examples, but I would have liked to see you closer to the camera, so there was a more definitive focal point (ie you)...other than that, these are good examples. The third one although it is a great shot of the tree roots/branches and the wonderful texture and colour of the wall doesn't have an obvious focal point to me. :-)>

The first and second are good - and actually except for the lack of a "subject/focal point" I like the third, the roots/branches lead me down to the bottom of the pic, but then there's nothing there! ;-)

Hemmm... maybe i've been misunderstood... The third one is only a partial shot... i'm planning to reshot the last image with a subject at the end... only i've to FIND the subject... ;P
