does anyone know where i can get a wrestling title belt that i can pose on my figures, like on there arms and such. The onlyone i have found is the on in the free stuff that can only go around the waist of a figure.

Why dont you just resize it to fit the arm? - or is that a stupid question? :)

Dmon, I think the problem is that the belt is a trans map based on the muscleshirt, although the shirt could just be moved and parented to the shoulder if need be.

Well, if there's a jpeg of the belt can't that be frankensteined onto some existing belt? Or a primitive? This is Me who knows nutting about modeling. Emily

Well, that would seem kinda obvious too. And easy enough to knock off. I probably wouldn't use a primitive, since the only one that would apply would be a cylinder, but making a simple ring in any 3D program isn't that difficult. Then, yeah, just apply it and the transmap, and you're done.
