I finally dug out the disc that had some Texas pics on it, and looking at it again after almost 4 years, I thought some of them turned out pretty cool (if lacking somewhat in focus and detail), especially considering I took them with an Instamatic! ;-P

Great shots & beautiful colour, can't believe these are from an instamatic, must be your artistic eye ; )

#2 immediately calls me to have some time there... ...Someday, hopefuly. :) #4 shows an impressively still water, still as if it is a glass surface... ...Beautiful.

I love the blues in #4! (And the weird symmetry and contrast are trippy!) :-)

Wow. Texas. I've been there. This is far more interesting and cool than the Texas I remember! Great pics. How ever did you get those colors with an instamatic AND in the middle of trees! Bsteph

These are wonderful! We drove through Texas and the heat was so bad we thought the poor dogs were going to die in the back of the rv. We saw a storm cloud and started chasing it thinking it would be cooler, caught it...and it was just as hot with tons of humidity! LOL! I sure would have loved to find this bit of paradise that day!

Definitely doesnt conjure up the usual Hollywood image of Texas. Beautiful places!

These are quite beautiful Sweet, and great for an instamatic! I love the way you've captured the water, especially in the first and last images. :-)>
