Subject: Wish Lists

heyas; not a terribly consumer-life-threatening issue, here, but just wondering... i have two things in my private wish list. i would like to stick them in a public wish list, but i have no clue how. i tried clicking on the item to get to its description, and then hitting 'add to wishlist' again, but either it was too smart for me and knew it was in there, or it just put it in the private wish list again, with no option for the public deal. :) er, so how's that work, then? thanks :)

I just figured it out, when you look at your private wishlist, there is a box marked public next to the private one, click on that and the products moves to the public list. :) Mada

It took me a minute to figure out how to get to someone's wish list. Go to the Member's page on the sidebar links. Search for the member. When the artist is pulled up, click on the [Artist's Page] link. Unfortunately, the person I wanted to give a gift doesn't have a public wish list! If you get someone a gift, is your name given to them? Is there an option so you can be anonymous if you want to?

There isnt an anonymous option. I am pretty sure they know who it came form. Clint

I never put much stock in wish lists since I was a naive kid. I have to say I'd never have thought to go through the current procedure to view someone's wishlist. I almost never go to someone's member page. I do visit the forums, the galleries, and the Marketplace. So how would someone know if someone else bought them a gift? Would a person receive a gift certificate in email?
