Subject: My own challenge

While on that day out yesterday I did visit an art gallery, for the first time in years. Man, I was taken aback - the picture I've posted here had a massive impact on me - it's The Destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah by John Martin and stands about 6' x 4-5'....anyways, that (and especially one other picture) got me thinking, an' I'm gonna try a challenge for myself - recreate these classics in the style that I've been using lately. I should end up with sorta gothic versions of them.... 'course it means I'll have to go out and take photo's especially for them to build the layers, but that should be fun! (",)
