To accommodate the influx of fresh Poser 3 users I have created this new figure. It is based on the P3 nude female figure rather than the P4 that we have all become so used to. It may be freely downloaded from my site or the freestuff here at Renderosity. My thanks to those folks who responded to my earlier post, your input has been most valuable.

There is still a quantity of Poser 3 stuff out there, my old site is still on line, but if you feel that a particular "must have" eludes you then please get in touch with me. If this figure proves popular I may do some others.

Enjoy :)

Hey Phil, What makes the P3 people different from the P4? I started with P4, so really don't have a clue, and figured I'd ask someone who has provided cool stuff for both.

Poser 3 content was much less that the current version. In particular it did not have conforming clothing. The work around was to pose the figure, then pose the dress and then hope that Posette did not jiggle about to much. The trick was to warm your hands first before trying to dress her. A better but more difficult method was to model the costume as part of the figure. This is what I have done here. Because the model still uses some of the P3 mesh the OBJ file has been encrypted. You will need to use the Objaction Mover utility to unlock the PCF file. Full, and I'm informed easy to understand, instructions are included.

Oh! Thanks. I always wondered about that. :) One more mystery of the universe solved today. Now if I could just get my cat to take a bath....

heyas; phil, i still remember your 'creating a clothed figure' tutorial. that was the coolest thing! you should repost it for p3 people. :) do you still have it?

Its still on line, never been off. look in my old site or freestuff here. Its a bit dated now and I've learnt a lot more since then but the basics are still good.

Instructions on how to clean a cat

  1. Thoroughly clean the toilet.

  2. Add the required amount of shampoo to the water, and have both lids lifted.

  3. Obtain the cat and soothe him while you carry him towards the bathroom.

  4. In one smooth movement, put the cat in the toilet and close both lids
(you may need to stand on the lid so that he cannot escape).

CAUTION: Do not get any part of your body too close where their claws can
find you.

  1. Flush the toilet three or four times. This provides a "power wash and rinse"
which I have found to be quite effective.

  2. Have someone open the door to the outside and ensure that there are
no people between the toilet and the outside door.

  3. Stand behind the toilet as far as you can, and quickly lift both lids.

  4. The now-clean cat will rocket out of the toilet, and run outside.

Sincerely,
A DOG
