I'm having trouble importing a poser figure into one of my(Bryce) scenes. Is there a way I could fix this problem? Well I get a message that says not enough memory. What can I do to get the file working, cuz i would like to work on this image idea I have!

Increase your memory allocation to Bryce. Check to see how large the import is, then add 200% of that to your Bryce memory. Should fix it right up.

Well I how do I do that?

If you're on a Mac, it's pretty easy. Click once on the obj, then do a command-I to find its size. Do the same with the Bryce application, and you'll see how much memory is allocated to it. Add per above. On a PC? I won't be able to help much there, but I'm sure plenty of people around here can.

It has nothing to do with how much memory is allocated in Bryce. I have 1gb dedicated to B5 and it still says that on certain meshes coming from Poser. B5 is fickle in the sense that it needs to be the main window fully maximized to get the true performance out of it. One way I fix the problem is by taking a scene and once it is in OBJ format import into C4D and reexport it as a 3ds file. Another thing that works is while in Poser export each individual object seperately and then import then all into B5 and re-assemble. Let me know if I can help you out, just message me or mail me. I will be happy to convert stuff if you need it. Email me! TTFN, Best of luck if I don't hear from you. Bendersquint
