Maybe I'm not reading this all correctly.... But it looks to me that this wife of liftan seems to be in support of Bin Laden. (this is an opinion, not an attack) "...this is sad for my country..." What country might THAT be? You wouldn't be calling yourself an American now would ya? Bush has his faults...granted...but he doesn't act alone. You failed to mention the reason Bush is against the proposal of a tribunal. The enemies of the U.S. would seize the opportunity to wrongfully imprison anyone who wears a U.S. armed forces uniform and gloat to the ones who are so full of religious fanaticism that they abandon their own self trumplet blowing hypocrisies of anti-murder while slaughtering anyone who doesn't believe in their way of thinking. It must be nice to be able to live with one's own conscience when taking the stance of "You must believe in my religion that says no killing or I must kill you....you infidel swine".

And would you feel this way if a cop came up to you and drew his pistol saying, "You will commit murder in one year, so you're getting the death penalty now!" ?

Not quite the plot (unless Spielberg has changed it)...Dick's original short story is fantastic though. I'm not really anticipating what Hollywood plans on doing with the idea though. If you continue with your neo-Nazi gibberish and start denying or praising the Holocaust, all it takes is one phone call to the gendarmes and you get to spend a few months in jail.
