i was sent a visual basic file in my email when i duble clicked on it all my jpegs were changed in to vb script can i fix my jpegs

Delete them all- your infected, and I mean ALL. Even those in your temp files, everywhere. They are not recoverable. Then go here and download the free antivirus software.
