delete rsr from the known file types under folder options, if it is listed. Windows then doesn't know the file type and would then prompt you the next time you clicked on an rsr. As far as I know it shouldn't have any association under windows because its not a file windows needs to be opening. zerowolf
It's not the rsr's themselves, but the file association in windows. For example which program opens when you click on a file of that type. There isn't an association for rsr's normally, because clicking on an rsr normally generates the "which program do you wish to open file with" box. The problem is DreamstoGo associated them with wordpad and needs to reset it back to the normal default wavy windows flag. Like when you click on a .doc file, microsoft word opens up, with an rsr there is no program registered because they aren't meant to be used except internally in poser.

thx for your help, my folder options for control panel wouldn't show a "list" for win 98, zerowolf told me how ok are you using windows 98?, if so go to "my computer", click view, then select "folder options", from there it is exactly the same. Scroll down to the entry that you should have for rsr, highlight it and click remove. thx for your help...

I accidently opened a "RSR" with wordpad, with the "always use this program" option selected.I was going to edit a CR2 but selected the rsr file my mistake. All my RSR files went from the wavy "windows" icon flag to the Blue word pad flag. I want to change them back to windows wavy flag icon. I know I can by deleting the rsrs, but I would have to do every character one at a time. Is there a way to do them all at once by using the "always use this Option " to open with. what program selection would I use to change them all back at once? thanks...
