After a long period of beta-testing MAT Pose Edit 2.0 has finally been released. I didn't want to change the name of the program though it now handles almost any pose files and does a very good job on making MOR poses.

For the first time I actually had a beta-testing crew so most of the bugs should have been already eliminated. But no one's perfect so I still hope you contact me (at ilari.pihlajisto@mbnet.fi, by IM or here in this forum) if you find a bug or have a suggestion for improvement. I'd appreciate any feedback and I will answer all the questions you might have.

I'm not very good at writing help files and tutorials but I tried: I included a MOR tutorial in the package and I hope people will learn that making MOR files is actually very easy.

Have fun,

Ilari Pihlajisto

As one of the Beta testers I can say this program is much improved over version 1 and is still free :) Thanks Ilari

I tried this out briefly today and it worked great! Has lots of features that I did not expect a MAT creator to have. Thank you very much for sharing this with us, especially for free! SnowS Hoping his pictures are worth 1001 words.

Unfortunately, the Free Stuff link won't work. Maybe you've exceeded your bandwidth. That seems to be the bane of so many generous people.

Thank you scourge! I was just rearranging my libraries today (again) This is going to come in very handy!

thanks scourge. I'll run it around the block, kick the tires and try to learn how to switch gears. Message671410.jpg and Message671422.jpg

I think I had that problem early in Beta testing..try downloading and updating Windows Visual Basic Scripting

scourge ( ) posted Tue, 14 May 2002 at 9:26 AM

Thanks for the feedback. Sometimes the server isn't working that great so if you can't download (or even see the thumbnail) e-mail me to ilari.pihlajisto@mbnet.fi and I will send you the program as an e-mail attachment.

Papu,
LdyMox is probably right about the problem but if updating the scripting host doesn't help, e-mail me. On nimittn helpompi vastata suomeksi :)
BTW: are we the only Finnish members here? Feels like I'm beginning to talk like the Americans =)

pendarian ( ) posted Tue, 14 May 2002 at 9:42 PM

Thanks I think...since I don't know the history of your product, I am assuming that you can make mat files with it and you have instructions on how to do so maybe? Pendy

Pendarian,
You're right, originally MPE was only a MAT utility. There are instructions in the package but creating MATs is pretty easy without them also.

hi i got a error message : 339 components 'MSInet.OCX or one of its depencies not correctly registerd: a file is missing or invalid what does it mean? is there another downloadlink or fileupdate? plz help thnx

scourge ( ) posted Tue, 04 June 2002 at 9:16 AM

This is kind of my mistake. The required components should be included in the package but the download bandwith of the server is very limited so I decided to make separate download links for the components.

Check the Troubleshooting page in the Readme. It will help you out.
