how can i open a pose file with the extension pz2 ?

Put it into one of the folders inside the runtime/libraries/pose folder, then you will have access to it in the Poses library

If you want to OPEN it instead of just simply using it in Poser, do a right click on it, choose "Open With" and then pick a program you want to open it with. Notepad or Wordpad are fine :)
