You can try Poser's Walk Designer, although it doesn't work as well with the Millennium figures (they have extra parts). wolf359 has a couple of motion packs in the Marketplace, also.

The walk designer is good but .bvh motion files that you use in the animation timeline can give you much better results. See the link above for a Renderosity message thread that points to two good sites for free .bvh motion files!
