As part of our verfication process we ask that you send us the toll free or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity member name. When we have that information, we'll be happy to activate your purchase. This is for first time purchases only. All future purchases will be available for immediate downloading. This isnt a problem but rather the way we handle first time purchases. Clint

I just checked out a purchase, but have not been directed to a page from which I can download my purchased files! The web page that the confirmatory email directed me to lists all the files I purchased, but doesn't give me links from which I can download them. Based on other on threads on this forum, it seems that the problem I'm having is a recurring one, affecting several first time customers (I wish I had read this forum before I made the purchases!) I would really appreciate it if renderosity could fix it once and for all.
