There are many sites featuring airplane or automobile models, but I am trying to find models in form of heavy machinery; excavators, backhoes and tractors, etc. Any help in locating these models would be really appreciated. Thanks

Try turbosquid. They have lots of models, maybe they have what you're looking for.

Thank, I will try Turbosquid. For anyone else interested, "sharen" has a site: www.sams3d.com, which a variety of models.
