Subject: Tried making a building with terrain editor...

and this is what I got.. certainly not that great, but a starting place.. Not at all sure how to get a smooth face out of the vue terrain editor with a photo! Lyne

I agree that it looks a bit 'melted' but it still looks really good! I know I certainly couldn't do that. A quick suggestion though- the material on the building looks a little too blue compared to the rest of the scene. But this is a really fun image :)

Thanks.. I agree.. too blue but not sure how to change the preset color... will keep it in mind, next terrain try! :) Lyne

Lyne, looks much better than I have been able to come up with. ~g~ but then I don't have the patience to work in the terrain editor with tiny brush size for hours on end to reshape a terrain properly. good work, keep it up.
