Subject: OpenGL plugins for photoshop?

i honestly can't remember if i've asked this here before or not ^_^; if i have and someone remembers, lemmy know (i think i asked this about poser, can't remember) but are there any free OpenGL plug-ins for photoshop? or even any that i'd have to pay for? search results have been less than encouraging

Open GL is a polygon cruncher isn't it? Not sure what oyu mean by open gl plug ins, care to explain?

i'm not entirely sure myself i just saw someone mention it in a chat room once, but before i could ask him what he meant, he was gone

I actually sincerely doubt there's any such thing dude, seeing as what open GL does doesn't really relate at all to 2D. Any type of rendering in most all programs is done by the cpu itself, without the vid card having any affect on the speed (yup, even photoshop renders). still, me thinks you should maybe try the teamphotoshop.com forums, the guys there are an utter wealth of knowledge (as are the guys here, but not everyone knows everything). just a thought. Still, me thinks your outlook looks grim. ry
