if you want it any closer than this I'll need the font name for the center 'A' The rest of the detailing can be added with a tex map Right now it's about 1000 polys & the obj file is 107K unzipped Let me know if this is close enough to what you need & if so I can send it via email or upload it to one of my FTPs.

Jus' a quick attempt with some new software, the .obj file is 12K and so far only flat/single sided....if ya want me to play around with it some more lemme know :)

this the kind of thing you mean? the object file size is 47K. let me echo the point of there bein' some excellent Freewear/Sharewear around and it never hurts to learn new skills ((still a newbie myself :) ))
