Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Feb 02 2:22 am)
I tried two figures in WebVogel's wonderful tavern and had no problems with either figure (both in at the same time). Can it be a problem with how much memory is allocated to Poser? I have 400 Mbytes allocated, on a 400 mHz G4 PowerMac. This tavern is one of the most beautiful props I have seen in a long time - truly a work of art!
It just happened to me today as well! First of all though webvogel THANK YOU for such an awesome environment. Finally my fantasy characters have found a place to meet :) Now, here's how I solved it just in case someone wants a quick fix without resaving. I first brought in the character(s) I wanted to use and then imported your PZ3, it's important to import and not open or you'll lose the characters. For some reason it worked. I, too, thought it was a memory problem ravenfeeder but I had the same things again in the scene and everything was fine so who knows?? Hehehe, I love a good mystery though :)

I've done what you said Webvogel and it works fine!!For anyone who is interested, The Eclectic Guild is running a Challenge contest using this magnificent Taverne. Why not come over and join us!! We'd love to see your images.
I know it has been extremely popular because of the amount of downloads. My downloads for my camera settings in free stuff is at 326 right now and I just uploaded it late yesterday.
Hope to see some of you!
Best Wishes and thanks again Webvogel!
:)

Hi everybody ! I have got a message about missing parts on Poser figures loaded into the scene were the Tavern is present as prop. Yesterday i loaded a poserfigure into the tavern and had the same problem. I don`t know why. Let me tell you what i have done to end this problem: Save the doors as props and delete them. Chose the Tavern, open the hirarchy-editor and make a new figure from the model. Now you have the Inn as new figure ( cr2 ) Save your lightsettings maybe too. Open a new scene, load the Tavern into the scene, add the doors and give them the Tavern as parent! If you now load a new figure into the scene this "slashing effekt" no longer occurs. Sorry its a miracle to me too. Maybe someone here more expierienced has a answer and can solve this. Greetings, Webvogel
