Oh, that's disturbing! Renderosity SHOULD be involved considering they take 50% of all sales! That means they expect the merchant to bear the soul burden of any disputes. Look... talk to the merchant you purchased the item from. Most merchants are really sweet people. But just keep in mind why they may want to give you an upgrade on the model or a swap for another product instead of a full refund. I wish you the best. Good luck with the merchant... I'm sure he/she will be willing to compromise, even if the storefront is blowing you off.
well in the license it says "In the event a Buyer is not satisfied with the product a refund may be issued. Issuing refunds is at the discretion of the Artist and / or the Renderosity MarketPlace staff. Refunds will be issued only after the Buyer has worked with the Artist to fix the problem. When a refund is issued, the Buyer is responsible for deleting all files using the product and may not distribute the product." So yes, get with the vendor first, who I am sure will work with you, but if it can't be settled then go back to Rosity. Like Tygercub says, the vendors here are really cool.
In a world filled with causes for worry and
anxiety...
we need the peace of God standing guard over our hearts and
minds.

Can't Vicky 2 wear all Vicki 1's clothes? I'm using the Vicki 1 clothes pack with my Vick2. Mill2 figures can wear Mill2 textures. Technically, you are supposed to complain to the merchant first for problems. I've had one in several months of equally heavy buying-- it's still not ironed out, but there are language difficulties. I expect it will be. Emily
There have been issues with the store in the past where the product description fails to state clearly that you must own insert some other product before buying this one. If the description didn't STATE you have to own Vicky, then contact the store again. But if it DID, and you bought it anyway...that's your responsibility, not the store's or the merchant's. Do contact the merchant anyway: you may be able to work something out. And, queri is correct: Victoria 2 can wear any clothing designed for Victoria 1. So can Stephanie.

Was spending $500 - $1000 per month with Renderosity. Then I purchased a trenchcoat for 25 buck. So old it unzipped to MetaCreations (hate that) and was only for Vicky1. I requested a refund or credit. Renderosity informs me they are not really involved, buyer beware, that sort of stuff, and wishes me good luck. I trusted them. My mistake.
