Subject: hair trans in animation

does anyone know how to use transmapped hair in animation?is there a special rendering tool or something?

When you get to the Make Movie panel, set Quality to "Current Render Settings". Otherwise, the animation will default to current display settings, which is whatever you see in preview mode.
