Hi,

here is a little compositing work using a poser render of ragbash the troll (from the marketplace) and some psp postwork. The girl is real of course (I guess it will be a few more years until Poser can do that ;-)

Tell me what you think...

My money's on RagBash. He has Star Quality. And you know she's gonna dump him for the first guy with a fast car. Emily note to self: save money for Ragbash.

Well, this looks great, the girl is good too, you never know what someone can do with Poser, I expect that this could sound like a challenge....I will give it a go, I will try to match your girl....may take 2,3 4 months...LOL, but I will try...good picture. Sharen

Great work! One comment: the shadows, compare Ragbash right foot with the girl Right shoe: Ragbash seems to be floating in the air. A little more postwork ? :-)!!

You are right about the shadow (although that's how it came out in Poser). I have tweaked it a little by moving it closer to the figure and making it a little more pronounced. Two very subtle changes but noticable

Their shadows are also going in different directions... hers is going back at about a one o'clock angle, his nearly perpendicular at about three o'clock... The camera angle and focal lengths are perfectly dead-on, though!

Remember, kids! Napalm is Nature's Toothpaste!

Agreed, I noticed that the shadows don't match pretty early on. However, I liked how the troll rendered with the current lighting setup so I left it at that. Also at least to me it does not look obviously wrong as there might well be more than one lightsource in the scene.

Yep! perfect couple. sure they'll last years.
