Well, I guess there's quite a few of you out there that have DAZ' Aiko by now - what's the vedict? Does Aiko pose well? Take Steph's clothes well? Steph/Vicki hair? Does it work on her? Has anyone tried fitting stuff to Aiko in Tailor? I'm thinking of getting the Steph version, since I already have Steph. Andthe hair of course - but I don't want to buy BOTH Aiko and Vicki/Steph versions. Which is better to buy and try to adapt to the other figures? The Vicki/Steph version, I guess. Mind you, I really think they should have made it one hair package for all the different figures.... :] FishNose

The clothes need Tailor to work-- and I haven't tried that. I haven't had much luck isolating the correct morphs to work Tailor to any success. I got a few things on her by guess and by golly. Any hair works fine, if you're willing to play with ytrans and maybe ztrans just a teensy bit. It's nowhere near as difficult as fitting Mike into Vicki hair. All the Steph textures look a dream on her. I haven't tried her male version with Mike yet, but I suspect that might work as well. Which should be very interesting. I'd be happier with some new third party textures for her but so far the highly colored stephs are fab on her. Better than the ones she came with. Although I love the little cyborg, even though she has just a trace of seams probs on the arms. Her expressions are cute and subtle. I think she could be a deep character, but I'm not heavily into anime and don't care that she doesn't fit that prototype too well, she fits the Manga I've read. She apparently fits the superhero subdividing suits Sturkwurks has as well, and that makes her very useful for comic purposes and other things, like sci-fi. I'm very glad I got her. You couldn't pry her away from me with a stick. Emily

Oh, the posing. Sometimes ok, but she's harder to tweak because of the odd proportions. I've used canned poses on her to varying results. If anyone had the ambition to Tailorise some of the cooler stuff-- like Spanki's armor or the Separates, I'd actually buy the results. I think she solves a niche that's not quite anime, not quite fairy but something in between. Emily

Emily - so buying the Vicki/Steph version of the hair is probably better then, since I can use it (with tweak) on Aiko, and elsewhere (without)? Am I guessing right, d'you think? Thanks for excellent reply! :] FishNose

I really like Aiko, as Emily says, she looks a dream in truly bright Steph textures. Her face is precious. The versa hair (Aiko type) is fabulous, I couldn't believe just how poseable it is and the fact that it looks the way it does rendered. I can't help with information about clothes and The Tailor since I've not got it. With a bit of tweaking the V2 morphing clothes pack is helpful however. :) Jess

Now, THAT, is good news, Steve!!! About the hair, I'm not sure, Aiko hair goes with her and you get the other one for %60 off no matter what-- loooks like the Steph/Vick versa hair has a few non-anime morphs that are excellent. I bought versa right away but haven't used it yet, so no voucher for me-- I'm gonna see if they will send me one from DAZ. Emily

Also you can use those bodysuit textures on the regular Stephanie model which is nice. Marque

Yep, my subdividing Hero pack for Mike and Steph work just fine on Aiko...

I came, I rendered, I'm still broke.
