Here's a little checklist to see what you are doing wrong. 1. Go to the textur-editor. (You probably didn't forget this step. lol) 2. Load the image you want to use as a transparency map. 3. Set the texture to Blend transparency. 4. Set the transparency to the transparencymap. I hope this helps.

Well....what a dolt I am....So I'm importing some other objects and then I load the pic from the 2d picture editor....and I think ...why didn't I try that with the UWings......so I did.....and of course it worked perfectly.....LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL..... unfrigginbeleivable.....Thank you all for the advice..... Now I'm back to having fun watman54

Me again :^( I'm importing UWings fromn Poser to Bryce and they come in with a black square around the wings....I went to the Materials Editor and loaded the tex...bump...and trans pics...I selected the transparency button and put it on the trans map.....no luck getting rid of the black outside portion......After clicking around and of course not taking notes on what I was doing, I made it work..... However I cannot repeat this process again...LOLOLOL Been 5 days....still searching for a tutorial.... Can anyone help?? Kinda hard for my faeries to fly with all that extra weight... Thanks............
