Subject: One side larger?

I'm trying to make some new faces for Stehanine and it looks like (to me anyway) that her left eye and left side of her mouth are larger than the right. It's not the texture because I've tried different ones with the same results. Does anyone else see this or am I seeing the world through strange eyes? :-)

My idea of rebooting is kicking somebody in the butt twice!

I don't see it either, but it may be your light settings. Try using a global light settings with no shadows.

I am sure it is the lights. But I would shorten her upper and lower neck a bit , and maybe set her head Scale to 101% Also set the Face Camera Focal length to 110 mm

i'd consider it a bonus, i don't think i've ever met anyone with a symetrical face and to see it on a model adds a touch of realism ((not that i see it either lol)) Ever

Thanks for all the replies. After I posted, I got to thinking that it probably is the lighting...that and the fact that I probably do see things differently than other people. LOL

No rockets I see it too, so does the other half who is sitting over the other side of the room. lovely texture though

Oh good...I'm glad I haven't lost my mind and eyesight! The texture is a very, very low resolution one I made and used the free eyes for Mike at RDNA.

I see it too, but don't let that comfort you. I have astigmatism. Emily

Just a guess, but it looks to me like the camera is lined up with her left eye. That could cause the distortion you see.

I have noticed the same from time to time, but once I set my lights and camera it dissapers. I think it's just an illusion. Tashar 59

I don't see a major difference, but if you stare at it thinking you can see one...you can convince yourself it's there. But I'm with Everseer...I think it not being perfectly symetrical just makes it more realistic. Beav

Maybe your monitor is skewed? ;)
