Hi Rosh, You could always put in an old iron fence and perhaps a few trees. Might seperate the legs slightly of the top ghost and rotate the body more toward front. A ghostly trail might be done with a faint motion blur filter if you were so inclined. Also, is that fog in the foreground or water? I can see the tombstone below it's transparency, but if it's meant to be fog or mist, might I suggest you adjust the haze density to lighter or make it more transparent. It's tough to bring the whole scene together but you got a great start and would be super for Halloween type stuff. Keep working it and let us see the results. Regards, - Art -
Part of the problem I had with the fog is that no matter what settings I had it on, it always came out solid white, so I had to use a volumetric slab... I could make it more transparent.. I'll see what I can do. As for the trail, well... I'm not entirely sure what you mean.. Oh well, I'll keep at it. Rosh
By trail I meant a sort of ethereal trail from the figure that is flying toward the other .. Possibly a symmetrical lattice might work ... I just thought it might help the motion some or be worth a shot .. Did the controls in the skylab help some? I have had a problem with the fog doing this in 4 as well but thought the skylab settings would help ...
About the fog thing: there should be a control for the fog in the sky lab under 'atmosphere'. In that little section there are three adjustable values, density, thickness, and base height. It looks to me like the base height is jacked way up- the result of that is usually a thick white wall like the one you showed. A value of 5 or lower should make it look better. I personally would make it a density of 3, a thickness of 100, and a base height of 0. I would even reccomend making the fog a light grey in this case so as not to make the scene too bright. Hope this helps! Gecko Wow i just realized how much i rambled ;)

I made the grave stones in max, ghosts in poser, rendered in bryce 4... I'd love some suggestions and ideas, etc. Rosh PS: Just in case anyone's interested, here's a link to my graphics page.
