Just to keep the light-hearted themes up & running, just thought I'd tell you what a Plonker I've been. - Had to fix part of the garage roof today, put a little bit too much weight on a section that I shouldn't and fell through. Don't worry, caught myself before going all the way and got away with a scraped shin, hurt finger and having to do more roof repairs. And all because I wanted to cheer myself up by getting some constructive things out of the way.... Anyone care to beat that? (",)

My dad once put the hitch part of the boat trailer through the fibreglas garage door, which was up. He had walked all the way to the back of the boat, and there was no weight on the hitch... My mother heard the crash, and the ensuing cursing, ran out to see what was up. Then she ran all the way to the other end of the house, so he couldn't hear her laughing. Stuff happens, best to laugh about it. Durn good thing you weren't seriously injured.
