Subject: File Not Found Error on RDS5

I'm trying to open the Zygote Wolf blwolf.obj file in RDS and everytime I do this I'm getting an Error "File Not Found" Why? I've oppened the New Wolf Object file in RDS5 but why it could not open the original wolf file? Please help me understand What I'm doing wrong Regards, Arye Guetta Happy Posing

Are you trying to "open" or "aquire"? If your using a MAC OS then have you converted the file? Havn't worked with that fileso not sure.

I'm using PC and I do the same thing that I always did: Create Empty.. Import.. OBJ format then choos the file (in this case blwolf.obj) and then I want to creat each one.. When I press O.K I get Error Open File Please Can Some One Help Me Thank you all in advanced i.e - RDS 5.0.2 is what I'm on Regards, Arye Guetta

I could open it up OK in RDS 5.5.1, perhaps you have a corrupted file? Try the original from the Poser CD & see if that works. Also, do you have the latest plug-ins from MC downloads?

I already did the PlugIn for RDS that was for Poser 3 - Do I need a newer PlugIn for P4?

The "Poser 3 Extensions" that you refer to dosn't have the obj filters, they are a seperate download. The latest one for your version would be "OBJ Extension for Ray Dream Studio 5.0 Posted 5/19/99". That one has the 5 filters you need: COBJ/COBJ Data / CVMData etc. See if those are newer then your present system. As far as I know there is no difference between Poser 3 & 4 object file formats.
