My wife sometimes indulges me! I got the DAZ Gorilla Texture and Pose pack to go with the Free LE Gorilla. Then I got the wonderful DAZ Michael Gunslinger Pose and Gun Set. I came over to Renderosity and got Patrick for the Millennium Boys (by btsculptor0, and Alexa and Allie by my friend Eirian! You probably know I've done many renders of Mike the Gunslinger, and the Millennium Kids. (None of them together, yet!) So this isn't such a strange sounding combination of purchases. Anything Eirian does is first class in my book, and Patrick really looked good as well. That Mike Gunslinger package rocks because it also includes some fantastic guns and rifles by Questor. And all those weapons pop right into Mike's hands! No more fiddling about! KOOL.

Well, we got a few checks to pay a few bills, and some extra. My wife knew "the dollar signs were flashing in my head." I told her that I respected the need to be frugal. That's why I let her handle the money. Dodi, my precious wife, asked if I could find $50 of stuff that I'd "really use, really wanted." So I did a bit of looking and thinking. I had to use both DAZ and Renderosity to suit my needs, and went just a tad over the limit. Here's my first frenzied render of Allie (Alexa for Vicky and Allie for the Preteen girl are a set.. Sisters I guess. The set, the low price, and Eirian's name sold me on the product!)

Here's a quick render of Patrick. You just get a texture set here, but I like it because it's made as a boy's texture. We're not using Vicky's textures, or an "interchangeable texture" meant for either a boy or girl! I need to fiddle with this one. I think I have some other textures for the Millennium Wedge Cut. He should likely have red hair? Now I need to get to work, darn it. 

money well spent Ron, you could just darken the color on the hair underneath instead of changing the texture or change his eyebrow color to something lighter, my youngest son has ginger hair and his eyebrows are almost white compared to his hair, but then he's always been awkward :) Rob

Thanks folks. By the way I still love Dizzy (Dizzie)'s textures. In fact I'm working on some variety of children. After all, they come in all ages and sizes. I had my eye on the morphing clothing pack for the Millennium Kids. But I hit my limit. I can always use Tailor. Yes, I thought about putting the gunslinger, gorilla and Millennium Kids together in a "picture!" Oh, by the way, I'm still interested in the DAZ Millennium Kids playground poses and playground equipment. Those are two packages that work together. Oh, and 5 Shannons by btsculptor looks good ($28). That covers Vicky, Stephanie, Posette and the Millennium girls. I hope btsculptor doesn't mind my posting this thumb. Maybe I'll get the 5 Shannons another time.
