Thanks for all the wonderful constructive criticism. I'm glad to see that this forum is not obsessed with the "norms" that society places on females. It's wonderful that we can all be so enlightened. Sarcasm off. It's amazing that no one can offer any constructive criticism. It's seems that the only remarks present resemble the kind that my fourth grade students would give.

You want constructive criticism for that character?! Have her fitted with a suitable wardrobe by Omar The Tentmaker or have her go on a serious weight loss program. Other than a glandular problem, there's little excuse for obesity. Richard Simmons, Jenny Craig and score of others can attest to that. What you have done, however, is created a fine character of an obese woman.

Really folks he asked for inputs. It nice to see something other than 'standard' posette. Hard to tell from the angle but she looks like she needs more of a pot belly... a love handle (or two)... thicker ankles... wider feet... and chicken wings hanging from her upper arms... maybe a little waddle under the chin.

to give any real criticism, you'll have to tell us what you were aiming for.. eg. rubinesque? obese? if you are trying to make a 'generally obese' character, i would say the arms, calves, and ankles would have to be bigger, and she would probably have a roll on her tummy, and her belly button would be distended farther down.

I'd also make her face rounder and give her a wider neck.

Darth Opus, From my perspective I think she is an excellent representation of a "pear shaped" woman, showing the fact that not many women on earth are a perfect 10. They invariably differ in sizes on the top and bottom half of the bodies. I don't know whether it is the camera angle but her head looks small in comparison to her body also her limbs look a little out of proportion. Keep up the good work on trying to add variety to the poser family. Regards Eshal

There's a strange change of color on the chest/abdomen joint, right side (her right), like the two geometries not fixing together. I also think fat should be a little more extended all over her body: the difference between thighs and shins is too extreme (of course, there are women like that, but I think a model should be somewhat average looking giving you the option of personalize it). I love her face. It looks very natural and goes with the body. Are you working on morph targets or is it a complete new character geometry?

This is definitely a work in progress. I do notice the seams seperating the chest from the abdomen and am at a loss as to what I need to do to fix it. Aside from Photoshop. Since I usually render in Inspire 3D I have to touch up the seams in photoshop anyway. I've tried making morph targets for this figure. Unfortunately the chest morph doesn't seem to work. This actually started off using the Nene character. I pulled some morph targets from some other characters and ended up with this character. I think I figured out why the chest morph didn't work and If it works I'll post the morphs. I really like the way that the face turned out. It was totally accidental, but I think that it is very unique. I will try the suggestions that every one has made and keep everyone updated. thanks, Don

D.O,don't know if this will help, but if you want to get rid of the seams at the chest/abdomen region, play around (it looks like you would reduce)with the Xscale and maybe Zscale of the chest until it lines up with the abdomen.also you might try tweeking the taper morph on the chest to get a heavier "pear" look.dont know if you know or not,but when spawning new morph targets,you have to turn all existing morphs in that region to zero,or they will be included in the new morph.good luck.
