Hi,If it's primarily character animation you want to do and not 3D modeling, I would highly recommend Poser 4 from Curious Labs - It comes with a colection of poseable human characters, plus some animals. Great fun, with a massive, friendly user base here on Renderosity.

Hi there, I want to get into 3D animation, but I don't know which software would be the best for a beginner. Which one would you recommend? but as I'm a studient, I don't have much money to spend, so within the low end software, which one should I start with? Thanks in advance VirtualPhantom
