Subject: Newt's Low rise jean problem

I have been using Newt's Low Rise Jeans on my un-morphed Vickie character for awhile and I can't seem to get rid of these small triangles on her thighs where you can see her skin instead of jean textures!!! It's like the clothing model just doesn't exist there. I am hoping to post my first gallery post but I don't want to resort to fixing the pants in post. Am I doing something wrong? I also have Daz's Europack clothing and notice the shirt and a similar problem in the armpit area. Do I need Tailor to fix these problems? I haven't morphed the body, only the head. Thanks alot for advice. James

Have you tried making the body parts underneath the clothing item invisible? :)

Yea, then it just looks like it's looking at the inside of the back of the pants... does that make sense? Plus the body part under the waist line of the pants (where there is some missing parts of the pants) extends above the pants model. So I would have a model missing most of her midsection.

Could you post a small render here to show us exactly what the problem is? It would help me (and others) figure out what could be causing it.

More than anything else, it sounds like polygons with reversed normals (facing the wrong way, invisible from that side) If so, they'll appear okay when you render - If so, you might try the grouping tool to flip the normals, then save under a different name... Hope this helps...

Here is an example. I accidently forgot to make Vicki invisible down there, but it does the exact same thing (same holes in the same position) with visibilty turned off. Any ideas?

I'd like to hear if anyone knows anything as I'm getting the same problem! Cheers, Dave.
