Hi All, Back in May of this year, I puchased a product from a vendor here at Renderosity. Personally, I never really minded that I never got a personal "Thank You" from any of them, but, if I did have any problems with the product, I HAVE always recieved support from whom ever I contacted thru IM's. The support was always, prompt, courteous, and tremendously helpful and I was always been able to resolve the initial problem. What I got today, from one of the wonderful Merchants here, was a special thank you and a "freebie" top for Steph, in his response to the earlier posts on this subject. He thought that he should say thank you now and send along a little gift to boot. I just wanted to post this, to commend him for his thoughtfullness, and say thank you to him too, he can sure, I will purchase from him in the future. BTW, he did not request in any way that I post this, I just wanted to, just because I thought he deserved the recognition. (: Genny

Oh, I should say, that I am only referring to purchases from here at the Marketplace, so please, don't take offense any one else......When I purchase anything from a vendor off site, the transaction has always been on a more personal level and I have always recieved a thank you. (: Genny

I got the same e-mail .. what a treat!! And here is a bit of incentive for other merchants ;-) .. I had not been to this persons store for a while so I went and had a peek .. low and behold I discovered something I just HAVE to have.. all in all not a bad merchandizing idea..

Mee too! Thank you for the treat! But there are lots of nice vendors that give out free goodies to their customers...I've gotten goodies from karanta, dalinese&stormi(add on I think) and I always thought it so nice of them to give out these items. It's so fun to get them! And of course...a big thanx to the vendors that put things in freestuff, more fun! Sasha :)
