Subject: Empty newsletter?

Just received mail from Renderosity ... the sender is newsletter@renderosity.com so I asume it's the newsletter. But the mail is totally empty? Nothing wrong with mailprogram, the mail is really empty. Menno aka MeEgJa

Me too - what's up??

Swannie ( ) posted Thu, 11 July 2002 at 2:48 AM

Well, I got 5 Newsletters of which 3 are empty, 2 only have "Renderosity.com" and 3 have "Renderosity Weekly MarketPlace Flyer July 10th, 2002" as subject line. I get enough mail each day... :-)

Sorry everyone - I'll have to take the blame for that. I've been reworking the email broadcast system in prep for HTML newsletters. Looks like it caused some problems with Clint's Marketplace flyer. Should be back to normal now, Tim

I'd prefer the newsletters stay in text format, or give us an option of text vs. html. It's very easy for a virus to creep into html e-mails nowadays.

There is an option in your member profile. It will be used from now on before sending HTML emails. Tim
