Hello, I just received my Carrara 2 and I have a question about the Terrian Modeler... like, where is it?!? It's not even mentioned in the documentation! I was really looking forward to seeing it too... is it there and I just can't find it? "Terrain Modeler The Terrain Modeler is designed for creating highly realistic landscapes. This modeler is packed with features: 14 different algorithms to create terrains such as Dunes or Mountain Range, 14 different functions to modify the terrain like Smooth or Erode, a Crater Tool, an Erode Tool, export and import functions, and much more!" Is it not found under your INSERT menu at the top of the screen ? (Alternately in the dropdown containing FIRE) This is where it is in C1. I dont' have C2 so I don't know if they kept it there. I would like to know if it still has that annoying SPIN feature and useless FLYOVER feature.

Sure enough, there it is! The web page that had the description of the terrain modeler also had the spline, vertex, and metaball modeler's. So I guess my confusion was that I was expecting it to be in the modeling room. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction :) Brian
