Hey there Does anyone know if you can animate a texture inside poser4? ie..have the texture as a .avi , .mov or sequence of images? Cheers -LW

I know the background can be an avi... ... as far as textures, avi and mov won't work, but an image sequence can be used. You have to set the texture maps one at a time for each frame... but it should work. h:)

Is it possible to write a Python script that would change an element's textures automatically, frame by frame, from a provided list?

That would be great if that was possible with Python! Unfortunately, the only way I know how to do it now is to render the animation as a TIFF sequence and change the textures gradually frame by frame in a graphics editor (I use Photoimpact, myself.)
