Thanks Little Dragon for the links :-) I am thinking about making an tv junkyard shop with tv picture tubes, tv cabnits and tv parts - within a futuristic set - find anymore please post and if I find some I'll post them I have tried google search tv models tv 3ds models etc and not finding them Thanks again

You can creating the appearance of an empty cabinet by playing around with transparencies.

If you want parts, 3D Cafe has electronic components in its Electrical section, along with a few televisions and a picture tube in Household Furniture.
