An update different than any other time! :o) New section was added of "Talented Friends' hosted files" and this week I'm proudly presenting some of John Malis' work...a friend and neighbor that I met along with his lovely wife Kalypso through this very forum! :o) These two should get a site of their own pretty soon as their image portfolio is just enough to make a Gallery anyone would turn green with envy to browse through! Last update includes: Hephaestus (previewed) & the P4 man to Boy ..both brilliant characters by John Malis! PLUS two smart props..the Rockwell cap by John Malis and the Romantic Hair by me. Enjoy and have fun with them! Renapd

Rena, my first reaction when I opened this was 'Wow, is that good-really like the texture with all the 'flaws'!!'. Does John ever contribute here?-I don't remember the name altho' we all know Kalypso (in fact G--at one point I thought you were 'masquerading' as Kalypso because I couldn't imagine that 2 of you from the same city [and both very talented] were on this forum. Just goes to show one should never ever make wild guesses like that. Thanks for sharing their work with us and I'm on my way to check it out. Diane B

After I saw the Rockwell boy, I remembered seeing the image here I believe. Very good character. Diane B

Diane...John is known to this forum as "Jon"..not with his full name! He's contributed characters to Props Guild before and lots of images here! :o) I don't blame you for thinking I was masquerading...we could not believe it either when it turned out that we were living a couple of blocks away from each other! :o) Traveler...YOU were the one with the original idea and you bet due credit has been given to you on the download page & readme file! These humble Greeks (all 3 of us!) like to go by the book! :o) renapd

What in the world time is it over there LOL? Well, thanks for clarifying that--yes, I know 'Jon'. Isn't that really neat that you were that close--and found each other through this forum. What a small world-literally. Diane B

Yes, Diane we do exist! :) Probably what confused you was that I spell my name Jon on the Forum because John was already taken. And it is such a coincidence that we found Rena through the Forum this summer when we were just beginning to get involved with Poser. In fact, it became even stranger when we turned out to live within a few minutes' walk from each other! The fact that we continued to be involved had a lot to do with Rena and her advice (at all hours of the day and night mind you!) Although I've contributed to PropsGuild (not having a site yet to post in FreeStuff) I felt these last characters belonged at FairyWoods and want to thank Rena for hosting them. BTW, Kalypso says "hi" ;) Trav, I just couldn't resist after we downloaded the girl from you. He's practically yours too since I've used only your morphs!

Man oh man! As if I wasn't overwhelmed enough already by the creativity and artistry of your work (including your website). Now you have to give me sensory overload by posting the fantastic work of your .... neighbors?! Too much! It reaffirms in my mind why, of all the Poser characters that are available in the world, I chose your Leshiye to mark my debut into the world of Poser animation. And what an added bonus for me to have your good friend Kalypso offer to do the voice of your mischevious little faerie. I can only hope that my fledgling animation skills do your creation justice.

Bravo !!!! Excelent work as always :O) With the three of you being neighbors and the talent between Jon and Kalypso there was no way they weren't going to make a lot of noise around here. :O) Sprout

My goodness it seems like a long time! But it wasn't really so long ago that I strolled through you lovely site and got an eyefull!! Your wonderful work never fails to inspire me Rena, and now you share with us the lovely work of your friends as well. Simply beautiful, thank you. ~3D ;-)

What can I say...you are all wonderful! :o) I'm glad this additional section of FairyWoods had such a warm welcome..to be honest, our main goal is to lure more Greek poser-users to come out of the woods where they've been hiding..it can't be...they've got to be more! :o) So from now on, you can consider FairyWoods as "United Greeks" (after United Artists - LOL!) and not only! Thanks again to everybody for the warm response! :o) renapd
