I had dinner guests yesterday evening, and when I brought up 'Rosity to show them the Galleries, Catherina's new masterpiece popped up and everyone's jaw dropped! Needless to say, two people who had seen little in the way of computer graphics went away extremely impressed! =:O Of course, the downside is that my own Poser work will look kinda amateurish to them for a very long time--maybe forever!?

Heh, yeah, Caths work does intimidate you about your own. But, oh well, I know I will never be as good as she is, so I just keep enjoying what I am doing. She is a master at Poser and a master at photography to get that much detail into her pictures she uses for texture maps.

Hey! it is really not so hard to do as you think or see. The first of all are the good photo that include great details of the character the rest is only a clone brush to finish the final head texture. The one big problem is that you have to own the copyrights of the human photos and when you have this all other are just your own imagination and work, I know that my art take always to long but this come from that I am not always happy with my final art and the final effect.

The other side in face rendering are the light and camera, I try in the least render ad the same angle, degree and setting that on the real shot, so ad the colors of the light in the same tone that the photo was made and you saw self the effect. I just try and try for many years. I can't do any GREAT scenes as other artist create and post to the galleries, my fascination is human face and eyes so I fix all on this one for many years and every day I come up with new experience, you can't learn this, you have to feel this. Do you imagine to render one and the same face 30-50 times or more? Sometimes I am lucky and after 15 min I got this what I wish as in the least image, but this was really lucky day for me.... I say always... simple is beautiful...
I don't think any best software will help to create something what you wish until you don't really feel this and really want to do this and never give up...I will try to give you a idea to how you can create a nice face as on this least image when I get little time after I finish my least project for my customers.
You can always follow me and my experience if you wish... and all of you are always welcome....Don't Forget!!!

Thanks

Cath
