I was wondering if anyone here has a personal online gallery. Many in the other photo forums I participate in have galleries--and I was wondering if anyone here has such. Pbase http://www.pbase.com/ photonet http://www.photo.net/community/ or photosig http://www.photosig.com/index.php are all good ones, altho' the last 2 are really 'critique' sites. BTW, mine is http://www.pbase.com/picnic where I have my images divided into various galleries depending upon content (for instance, I do a lot of b/w so have a separate gallery for that, IR, etc.)--and keep a 'new' images gallery going for photos taken within last month or so. About time to clean it out and bring it up to date. I also have one gallery I keep as a sort of 'demo' place when someone asks a question or I develop an action for PS, etc. (for instance, I just did an action for double matteing and am working on one to frame--both for the net--and I did a little demo for someone that wanted to know how to correct distortion with a wide angle lens--http://www.pbase.com/picnic/frame_demo&page=1 ). So--just curious if anyone else has galleries online to look through. I know that you can do similar here. I used to have a 3D gallery here, but have not touched 3D for several years now and have not posted photos here.

I have images on photosig and photo.net. However my most complete gallery would be the one right here on Renderosity. I consider this my home and this is where I prefer to keep them. The only thing that those other two sites have that is lacking as far as a personal gallery goes is the ability to catagorize your portfolio into different folders.

I have a few posted here on Renderosity. I've been keeping myself from posting more, as I keep threatening to post them on my own website, where I have more control. Coding HTML and Java, as well as editing images, etc., take a lot of time though, so it may be some time before I actually get around to putting it up.

The archives here can sometimes be hard to find until you get used to it. And the URL's aren't real friendly. Best way to get to someones personal gallery is to click on their highlighted name and follow the trail of links. We can also have Home Pages here, which one of these days I have to take advantage of.
