Freakachu has a fantastic dice set in freestuff, and I would like to know if someone could remap the d20 as the grid I have attached, or even better help me to do it (as long as it takes free things to do so). I have an obj that I exported for it, I can send it (if it is allowable) to whomever can help me. MUCH thanks!! Lhiannan

Hi This is the best I can do in ten mins. perhaps buy stretching you can get a better effect. Download dice set, extract it into poser select the d20 then export as obj file you can then use uv mapper on it. Perhaps someone else has a better idea but like I said this was only done in 10 mins Hope it helps Dave

I played with it UV Mapper. That's basically the way it's mapped.

i would open it in max or some other modelling software, and unwrap the die so that all the faces can be seen on a single plane, planar map it so that there isnt any distortion, and then morph it back into its original shape while maintaining the same uv coords and export it back out as obj. Alternatly, if you have uvmapper pro, you could just select each face individually and apply a planar map to each individual side, then just line them up on your template.

I don't have max, or uv mapper pro, unfortunately. That is why I come for help and guidance :)

well, there is also lithunwrap, you can try that, or post this on the texturing forums, there are a few of us there that would be willin to give it a shot. Id offer now, but you would have to wait a little while to get the map back, but if you have the patience I could give it a whirl. Also, you could try the RDNA total uv forums, they probably have some stuff floating around thazt will help you.
