Hello, I have posted the Raptor2 texture and bump map to the free stuff area. Light settings, camera focus, and shadow map size will affect renders. Results may vary. I wanted to have this up sooner but I found some problems with the texture around the neck and had to remap again. I made serveral versions of textures to see what worked best. I ended up with a rather plain body hue that reflects the lights in the way I wanted. The obj is encoded by Objaction Mover. You must have the original raptorHiP3.obj to use as a seed file to uncode. Now THAT looks like a REAL Dinosaur- Well at least like a real reptile-have not seen TOO many Dino's up close and personal! Why have an obj in a texture file?? Have you a modified Raptor to go with the texture? ScottA: I loaded your Tyranosaurus last night-nice job AND a tutorial-thanks. Cool critter! Eric Walters

Yes Eric the Raptor is modified. The UV mapping is different and requires the new raptor2.obj that I encoded into a pcf file via Objaction Mover. This texture and bump is not for the regular raptor. It only works on this new version: raptor2.obj Serpent

Very nice work, I was going to tackle that myself, as soon as I finished that vinyl "Jurassic Park" kit that I shelved a year-ago.
