Subject: I was stupid I guess, but anyway to recoup the loss?

I just bought the vegetation bundle for Vue 4 and everyone knows to do so you have to enter your serial number, which I did. You would think at that point, their ordering software would only list what is new to Vue 4 (since I entered a Vue 4 serial number), not all available (even if it's included). Being new to Vue, I wrongly thought that they were all new to Vue 4 and picked all of them (11 at $10 a piece). I then was offered a bundle price of $94, which I took. Then when I went to install them with the serial numbers they gave, I realized it only asked for maybe 6 or 7 of the numbers they sent, that the rest were already in there, and so they got me for $24-$34 extra dollars for something I already had. Is there anyway to recoup that or am I just out of luck??

I also bought the extra vegetation, but just the ones that I didn't have already. If you haven't emailed them about what happened, maybe if you went into detail about what plants you bought and what you already had, they will work with you on this? I hope it works out ok for you.

I did send them mail. I am waiting to hear back, but was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience that they could share on how kind or unkind e-on is in these situations.

This is not e-on's fault, LOL. You also can buy plants separately. If you chosed the bundle..., it is clearly said what the bundle includes. But there will be an arrangement possible with e-on for sure. Just wait some days to get an answer. Guitta

Well it's not e-on's fault, I agree, but on the other hand, to a new Vue owner, it is a bit misleading (especially when they know from your serial number which version you have) to show you all the plants and then not really mark which ones were included in Vue 4 already. But that's water under the bridge. I already admitted I was stupid for not checking into it more carefully, but glad to hear that they are open to working things like this out...Thanks...
