You could put a remark in the .cr2 file. Just preface it with a # and a space. You can create a Vicki based character, but if it uses someone else's morphs, you can only distribute MOR files - files that set the morph dial settings but do not include the morphs themselves. If you create your own morphs, you can distribute them in a stripped down .cr2 file. (The DAZ3D.com site has more information.) You don't need to ask DAZ permission for this. If you are going to create a character based on someone else's morphs besides DAZ, I'd contact them to be on the safe side.
As has been said before - if you created the morphs from scratch (without using Victoria 2 settings, or other peoples morphs) you may distribute them on a Victoria 1 CR2. If You have made your morph using Victoria 2 dials, you must distribute your morph as MOR settings (not on a CR2) You may not distribute anyone elses Morphs (full or partial) without their express permission, as this would be an infringement on their copyright. Hope this makes things clearer, d

I want to know if there are any way to put an invisible copyright into a model or a character (directly in the poser file or in the cr2 file) ? If a create a Victoria-based character (with limited morph changes like Candi from dark whisper or oxana from byte me ok) does i request the permission to Daz or pay anything to him ? Thanks Sylvia
