I've just been told by Curious Labs that I can't upgrade my free copy of Poser 3 so I'll have to pay 170 for a full copy of Poser 4. Guess that means I'll have to start saving or wait a couple of years till it comes free with a magazine.

Odd. I thought that CL reinstated the upgrade offer to let magazine cover disk owners upgrade to P4 now and take advantage of the P5 upgrade pricing.

It was even announced in this thread in the forum, 48 hours ago.

Was there some other reason that you were ineligible? Wrong part of the planet, or something?
