What do I need to do to convert or extract a .pcf file into a .obj file??????

For files that you need to convert to MAC OS get the nice utility that MArtinC made in the funstuff section: Poser Maconverter 1.1.2. This will decode PCF files and almost all other formats as well, I.E., OBJ/CR2/PZ3 etc., etc.
