Well done... might help if you also posted your reference image so that we can make some informed suggestions. I like it so far, but they do look a bit skinny.

wozzyke ( ) posted Thu, 29 August 2002 at 12:20 PM

these are not the exact wasp I'm making, but there is much in common wozz

Your model is very good. You might want to reconsider how you have modeled the legs though... the leg section closest to the body seems to be bigger, and from a top view they point in specific directions. The first pair is angled forward, second pair is also forward but facing more outwards to the side, and the last pair of legs is almost facing back. The wings in the photo are about the right length, but they could be a bit wider. I think the antennae are perfect, only thing missing is the jetpack. You also might want to consider giving him WWI flight goggles instead of glasses. Just a suggestion. Keep us posted, wozz. :o)

berkeys ( ) posted Fri, 30 August 2002 at 10:00 AM

pretty damn cool, definitely original, i might raise the jets a little so he dont burn his butt off when they're active, love the glasses.

kingkyle ( ) posted Fri, 30 August 2002 at 10:01 AM

lezie ( ) posted Sat, 31 August 2002 at 2:29 AM

Moebius87 ( ) posted Sun, 01 September 2002 at 6:08 AM

Hey looking very cool wozz!!! The jetpacks are nicely done, but I agree that the could be pushed a bit up.
