Congratulations to deadhead and also to all the other winners. All images looks really great, but as we cannot choose them all...

Have a look at the bottom of that page to see all the themes we had already in the past. You have now until tomorrow, August 29 until midday ET (6 p.m. European time to choose the new theme.

You all know that we will have our big contest in September -just a few days left to start. Of course, you can participate to both, the challenge and the contest.

You can see who made what for our August challenge in clicking HERE

I will change our "showcase" as soon as possible, but Rosity seems to have some problems and it is difficult to access. Hope I can do it today.

Some users were surprised by the quality of deadheads image and were wondering if it was really a Vue image. Yes, it is. Here is a screenshot I asked to deadhead. He may explain himself some details about the image, if he likes.

Congrats Deadhead! It was tough comp - your image is great and I really like the low angle that emphasizes the vegetation and scale. I voted for 23 because it was such new territory, but you sure did this Rex proud. Can't wait to see what you pick for a topic. Render on! Scott

Congrats on the win! It was a great scene. I hope you don't mind that we questioned if it was done in Vue. I personally thought it was so well lighted that I thought it came from light wave or cinema4d or any of the other very expensive softwares. Never seen a look like that done in Vue before. Please take it as a compliment. :)

There was an error in my graphic. I have accidently inverted shreed300 and yodaman, as you can see at the new graphic above.

I'm sorry, but I must say I'm working so much at this moment (intellectual work 14-16 hours a day) that I'm myself affraid to make this kind of errors. It will be better in September:-)

The "funny" thing is that "yodaman" voted for his own image (LOL, LOL, LOL) as you can see here.
