I was doing a search at Daz and saw something called Platinum Club price. Since the server is still overloaded I couldn't find out what that means. Has anyone else heard of it or know about this special pricing?

Hey, Yeah, I just went to the search page and noticed that last column. If you do a search that has results, they don't seem to have a Platinum Club Price yet, but it is certainly interesting that the title even exists! I wonder if they're going to set up some sort of membership system. I wonder if it will require being a merchant there! Thanks for pointing this out!! Aaron

I wondered if it had to do with how much you spent there. Having spent nearly $2000 (blushing) it would be nice to be a member.

I've probably spent the credit limit of a Platinum card on their site. I think I should auto qualify, too. ;-)

Same here ... I always had hoped they would reward those who spent a LOT of money there, like a lot of places do. Maybe this is it. Hopefully, we won't be starting from scratch if this is the case.

Though Im not at liberty to go into detail, it is exactly what you are hinting at: a membership club with Great benefits. It will be for everyone who wishes to join, and all existing customers will get an extra incentive to join it. I've spent thousands of dollars there and always wondered why people who have spent a lot don't get some incentive aside from others who have spent less. We'll have to see what this is about.

I've spent thousands of dollars at my local computer store but don't get any incentives. Same with the book store, the supermarket, the off-license, the garage where I buy my fuel, the utility companies that charge me for gas and electricity... Funny thing life isn't it?
